Backstory

I first got introduced to Dr. Stone not long after season one came out back in 2019. At the time, I actively disliked it - I'm not sure why; something about it just annoyed me. I proceeded to not think about it again for two years until I was randomly struck with the urge to give it another shot, and this time, I was hooked immediately. I loved all of the characters from the get-go and the plot made me super emotional. The only thing that stood out to me from my brief exposure to the show in 2019 was Gen himself, so when I started watching it for real, I already sort of had a crush on him...

About Gen

In the pre-stone world, Gen was a famous mentalist, appearing in magazines and television specials showing off his skill for analyzing and manipulating people. While he is not malicious, he can be very sneaky and sometimes selfish, but ultimately he has a very good heart. He was originally revived by Tsukasa, but ends up joining the Kingdom of Science as a valuable ally.
